Terms & Conditions Applied for Cosmetics Formulation Service

Agreement to Terms: By accessing and using the services provided by Trckem ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
Services Provided: We offer cosmetic formulation services, including but not limited to product development, ingredient selection, and formulation consulting. All services will be provided as per the specifications agreed upon during the consultation.
Appointments:

• Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled via our website, email, or phone. You will receive a confirmation upon successful booking.
• Rescheduling and Cancellation: Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee.

Payment Terms:

• Fees: Fees for our services will be communicated during the consultation and must be agreed upon before the commencement of any work.
• Payment: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. We accept UPI, Cash.
