1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled till the product doesn't get dispatched/shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at trckem.in@gmail.com or 8899999813.
1.2 Cancellation Process: Provide your order number and details when requesting a cancellation. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
1.3 Refund for Canceled Orders: If your order is canceled within the allowed window, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
2. Non-Returnable Items
2.1 Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders due to the nature of our products.
