Terms and Conditions for Cosmetic Product Sampling

Agreement to Terms: By requesting a cosmetic product sample from Trckem ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client") agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not request a sample.
Sampling Services: We provide cosmetic product samples, including standard and premium options.
Pricing:

• Standard Samples: ₹1000 per sample.
• Premium Samples: Fees for premium samples may vary and will be communicated upon request.

Payment Terms:

• Payment: Payment is required upfront for all samples.
• Methods: We accept UPI, Cash.
• Refunds: Samples are non-refundable.

Delivery:

• Shipping: Samples will be shipped to the address provided by the Client.
• Timeframe: Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability.
